We had Encompass Enclosures screen in our pool area. From the start they were very professional. They did a fantastic job. After a year we noticed a small leak where they installed a hard roof. They came out and took care of it and added screws where heat expansion had happened. They stand by their work and it shows. If you want a job done correctly and have professional and kind workers this is the company to choose. Not 1 negative I can say about our entire experience.

What can we help you with?

New Enclosure

No existing roof structure in place.  Requires new screen roof or hard roof.  Also includes tear down/rebuild or addition to an existing aluminum enclosure.

Enclose Existing Lanai (Front/Back Patio)

Screen walls only under existing roof.​

Rescreen

Replace existing screen on entire screen enclosure.

Non-Structural Screen Repairs

In an effort to maximize resources and help as many customers affected by the storm as we can, we will not be providing estimates for non-structural, one-story screen damage. Instead we will provide an estimate at the time of the repair. We will not be able to provide a timeline for the repair. We will be working the the areas with the highest concentration of damage first so we can help as many people as we can. 

Structural Repairs/Rebuilds

This would be for screen enclosures with significant structural damage. We will be handling these jobs in the order that the bids are accepted. However if there is a collapsed/unsafe enclosure that needs to be removed for safety concerns we will prioritize the demolition and removal of the enclosure ASAP. 

NEW ENCLOSURE lead times are between 1-2 Months. Please click "Accept Lead Times" if you wish to proceed.
ENCLOSING AN EXISTING LANAI This type of work is scheduled in between regular jobs. Timing varies but currently averages 1-2 months. Please click "Accept Lead Times" if you wish to proceed.
RESCREEN and REPAIR work is scheduled in between regular jobs. Timing can range anywhere between a couple of weeks to a month or longer. Please click "Accept Lead Times" if you wish to proceed.
